Today marks a day of mixed emotions in Derrylatinee as we bid farewell to our amazing Principal Mr Mc Kenna before he embarks on a new and exciting chapter of his career.
In true Mr Kenna style, it was a day full of fun and memories that everyone in Derrylatinee will cherish.
🍿To celebrate, the whole school set off to the cinema!! Everyone had such great day...the smiles said it all!🍿
The excitement didn't end there as the celebrations continued throughout the day with a very special assembly and presentation on behalf of the the whole school community and Parent Support Group.
Mr Mc Kenna enjoyed the stories and the special movie that showcased his wonderful memories and achievements in Derrylatinee St. Francis PS.
We wish Mr Mc Kenna our heartfelt gratitude for his leadership and friendship.
May God's blessings guide him, bringing him success, good health and happiness.
