The children in Primary 1/2 and Primary 2/3 have been very blessed over the past 6 weeks to have had Miss Feeney and Miss Donnelly in their classroom on teaching practice. Their hard work, friendly and caring nature made them such a hit with the children and staff. The boys and girls thoroughly enjoyed all of their exciting and wonderful lessons and were sad to say farewell to them today on their last day. However, in true Derrylatinee style we gave them a send off to remember, Miss Donnelly and Miss Feeney even managed to get their very own learning leaf at assembly. We wish them every success in the future with their studies and we hope to see them back again soon.
